artax requires all employees to undergo regular training in their assigned areas of activity.

The training is paid for by artax; in individual cases, individual contractual agreements can be made regarding a levy in the event of premature termination from artax's services. For further training, employees are given three days off per year for further training outside of their regular annual leave. If further training takes place on otherwise non-working days, such as weekends, there will be no compensation in the form of other free time or money.
